How to play Anagrams

Find as many words as you can in the day's letters before time runs out.

  • Build words from the day's letters. Each letter can be used as many times as it appears
  • Words must be 4 letters or more and on the day's list. At least one word uses every letter
  • 5 minutes on the clock, and the buzzer locks your score

Scoring

  • Longer words are worth much more: 10, 20, 40, 70 and 120 points for 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 letters
  • Your tier climbs with the share of the day's possible points you scored

Tips

  • Hunt families, not words: one stem with different endings is several finds for the price of one
